HOW ARE USMNT COLLECTIONS DESIGNED

Nike, which has not yet responded to detailed questions from Yahoo Sports about how the kits will look, said in its release that “the white uniform design cues include bold stripes, an expanded center logo that resembles basketball jerseys, and a double switch on the sleeves reminiscent of those used on soccer jerseys.” American style, unique shoulder construction, cut-out sleeves, stitching, hockey jersey style, and timeless large lettering.”

The clothing company said the outerwear collection drew “inspiration from design techniques found throughout the American fashion and streetwear industry.” “The Nike design team used a unique ice-dye technique to create a vibrant, youthful print that brings the collection to life.”

However, fans have come out hard against both designs. Many have compared jerseys to warm-up jerseys or training jerseys. In comments on social media, they vowed in vain with Nike and US Soccer to rethink.

Notably, some American football officials like the dyed blue, and believe it will sell well as long as the team performs well. Former USMNT and USWNT shirts that were initially ridiculed, such as “Waldos” And the “Pops bomb“They are now celebrate. They often look much better in the field than in leaked photos, and are even better when numbers are added to relatively simple designs.

But designs are also not really in the hands of American football. Nike asks for and accepts input, but takes control of the majority of the process — in making USMNT kits and more.
